Ooex - Experience Ecosystem as a Service

The Ooex platform senses real lived experience as it unfolds - giving enterprises the infrastructure to receive, understand, and respond to the ongoing durations, thresholds, events, and meanings that constitute life with a chronic condition in real time. At its heart is a novel relational experience expression interface designed not to ask people what their pain score is, but to surface what is shifting in their experience, what is accumulating, and what is beginning to feel possible again.

At the centre of both platforms is the Large Experience Model - Ooex's proprietary AI model trained on real lived experience data rather than on clinical literature or population statistics. Unlike conventional health AI systems built on general-purpose language models, the LEM learns from the actual relational, affective, and bodily dynamics of life with a condition as expressed by real people in real contexts.

Every enterprise deployment generates a ring-fenced partition of the LEM - trained exclusively on that enterprise's user population data, inaccessible to other deployments, and growing more accurate and contextually specific over time. The longer an enterprise partner deploys the platform, the more valuable their LEM partition becomes - and the wider the gap between their experiential intelligence capability and any competitor starting from scratch.

Ooex was established as a dedicated technology entity by Chris Lawer, founder of Umio, to develop and scale the intellectual property underpinning both platforms independently of consultancy and services engagements. The RLX framework powering both platforms was developed by Umio over twenty years of original research, philosophy, and practice - including extensive fieldwork across Europe and North America, two published books, and a PhD-level academic programme at the University of Bristol.

Ooex is based at Cranfield University Technology Park and is currently seeking seed investment to fund the next phase of platform development.

Umio holds the RLX IP and provides consultancy, research, education, and thought leadership services to enterprise clients. Ooex develops and licenses the technology platforms.
